I am interested in the "alpine quest app" at the moment I have the t-mobile g1 phone,but my contract is due for renewal in about 10 weeks, would I be able to xfer the app to my new phone? Even if the android system is newer ( I think the new phone will be the samsung galaxy s)

Hi,
The apps you buy on the Android Market are linked to your Google Checkout account.
If you use the same Google Checkout Account on your new phone, you will be able to re-install your previouly paid apps without buying them again.
Anyway, in case of problems like that, we could also refund your initial order.
