Android V1.2.0

Thanks for such a great product. I'm still trying to get used to the new U.I.

I would like to display a waypoint, or a GPX file with multiple waypoints, on a map without having that focus "rubber band" on the screen.

I use your product not to help me get from waypoint to another, but to plot points of interest. I am in a group researching ruins of an iron ore processing facility built by Andrew Carnegie in the 1880s.

Thanks in advance,

Hi and thank you for posting your questions here.
If you want to display a set of waypoints you must have one focused.
But what you can do is to hide the information box on the screen (In the Landmarks submenu, use the last button on the right), you will then only get the line from the center to the selected point.
Use the previous button to display various actions: remove the focus, automatically focus the closest waypoint on the map, etc.
Displaying waypoint without focus could be a good feature, I will think about it.
Let me know if something is not clear in my answer or if I didn't understand something in your question.
Best regards

I would also love to be able to disable the focus, way-points are nice to have displayed even if not navigating to them... Any chance you'll implement this option?

To disable the focus, just click on the focused waypoint, and select 'remove focus'.
Be sure to use an updated version (current version is 1.3.6).
