Hello,
On my track details page it shows the total distance is a sum of two values. The smaller has an up arrow next to it.
I cannot see this in the help file.

The total length is decomposed by the flat length (the first number, i.e. the length as if the path was completely flat), and the distance added due to the elevation changes (the second number).
