[closed] Offline Maps on SD card
On the Archos 5IT, the location \alpinequest\maps is not browseable from the PC/USB connection. Once a map is created it has to be copied to the right location using the file manager utility from wherever it is initially dropped. If the maps were on the SD card, they could be quickly placed there, using the USB or a reader. This probably applies to many phones too.

The maps must actually be copied on the SD card. The folder "\alpinequest\maps" refers to a folder onto the SD card, not on the phone/tablet.
