How can I make an AQX file for this?
The tile URLs are like
https://hydro.nationalmap.gov/arcgis/re ... 02&f=image
And I found a
https://hydro.nationalmap.gov/arcgis/se ... ervice=WMS
It is for viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6015
