AlpineQuest & OfflineMaps

I installed the offlinemaps. To import gpx files I have to do an in app purchase and therefore there is "get more functions"/"Holen Sie sich mehr Funktionen" in the main menue. With each of these additional functions comes an info "service is not available"/"Service ist nicht verfügbar". But I cannot find a possibility to get these functions.

In order to make in-app purchases you need to have the Play Store app installed and correctly setup on your device. Is that the case?
