Using OfflineMaps app on Android. How can I download, so available offline, the satellite image map of half of Tanzania and Namibia? I'm looking for the highest possible resolution, whatever would fit onto a 50 GB internal memory or 200 GB on external SD card in the phone.

Unfortunately, the menus are quite confusing so I couldn't figure it out how to download and/or to verify that is actually downloaded and I'm not just looking there cache.

You can only download a limited amount of data each time you start the download tool (a few GB), so you'll need to start the download process multiple times (this tool is not made to download an entire country though).
To check if the data is available, just turn on the airplane mode or check the option "only use stored data" in the app.
