AlpineQuest & OfflineMaps

When we pick a new map, the other maps that we were viewing are now gone until we go find them again in the list. But what if we made a mistake? Therefore there should be a toggle to get back the previous map that you were viewing.

Gee with all these feature requests, seems you need some more people on the team. That'd be the idea behind a GitHub project...

Why not, really? I would love to see all of that list of unrealized features in this awesome AlpineQuest app, which is miles ahead of its competitors.

If not, maybe take a little break in our requests for new features to give François some time to breathe and quietly update!
For my part, for a while I will try to report only the bugs encountered.

Sure, I get it, of course. The developer is not a 24/7 machine that runs nonstop. When I was talking about the list, I meant, of course, that this would happen in the future, and I would be happy to see it in an app that is already functioning like a Swiss watch.

I've added this request in the planned features list, just in case.

In the next updates (AlpineQuest 2.3.6 / OfflineMaps 3.13), the user will be warned before losing a map configuration. He will have the choice to cancel the new display, or save the current config as a favorite config.
So I consider this request as added (since you can save your config if you want to reuse it after).
