To change the cursor view

Hi!
My 4pda colleagues ask me if there is an option to change the cursor view in the new [future] versions of the app?
Fishermen are interested in a boat-shaped cursor, of course.
I'd like an off-road vehicle.
Was there any such request? I remember there was something.
