Add a padlock to this menu, which will lock our color choice so let's say if we want over the next few days to make a hundred waypoints in magenta, we don't have to set the color each time over and over. Currently once we touch magenta that exits the menu...

You can also create a magenta waypoints set, then create all your points in this set. They'll be automatically displayed in magenta.
Waypoints set are exactly what you should use if you deal with a lot of waypoints.
Alternatively you can create all your point in the default color, then edit the colors of all points together: https://www.alpinequest.net/en/help/v2/ ... _all_items
