Hello,
I am having a very bad problem with Alpine Quest, which I´ve never had before. I am getting a very bad satelite connection and from time to time there´s no connection whatsoever and it shows network connection. I was doing a track the other day and I lost the signal and got completely lost. I am using an android phone. What´s the cause for this bad connection ?

Re: Bad satelite connection
Hi,
If you have a "bad satellite connection" it just means your device does not have a clear enough access to the sky (where the GPS signal comes from).
However the GPS has nothing to do with the network.
If you see the "network" location source on AlpineQuest, maybe you have changed the locations settings. Be sure to select the "GPS" or "Auto" location source in the app: "GPS Location" menu -> "Real time position" -> Settings (wheel) icon -> Location source
