Hi,
I've been using Alpinequest since 2010. In that time I've had several phones, and at least one
change of SD card. Nowadays I always give my tracks a name, but originally I didn't bother.
Now I find I have around 20 files in my Landmarks folder where the names consist of:
track_dddddddd_tttttt.trk
where I assume dddddddd is the date and tttttt the time of the walk.
But Alpinequest does not show them in Explore Placemarks, or anywhere that I can find.
The 69 .trk files with names like:
track_dddddddd_tttttt_a_walk_in_the_country.trk
in the same folder all show up correctly.
I tried just editing the file names but that has no effect.
Is there any way to recover these unnamed but numbered files?
Best wishes
Mac

Re: Recover old tracks
Hi Mac,
When a track has no name, the application will use its date as name. So you've to look for dates in the list.
Also, be sure to put your unnamed tracks in the same folder than the other one correctly displayed, just to be sure it's not a folder read access problem.
