Hiking Trails very faint

HI All

I've got AlpineQuest primarily for hiking and mountaineering approaches in the Alps (France mostly). Unfortunately in the maps I've tried in the "Available Maps" menu, the hiking trails are very faint and when I zoom out to the distance I want they disappear altogether. Is there a way around this? A map I haven't spotted, or a way to make the trails clearer? Thanks.

Hi,
At the end of the list tap "Add new maps" then choose "OSM Waymarked Trails" for example.
