Display of all file in sub-folder

How can I create a way-points, POI, in separate folder and display them all from the root folder.
The screen dump show how easy it is when I open a imported file.
1. open Explore placemarks
2. select imported landmarks
3. select the file.
4. There is no file in the root. All routes and poi are in separated folder. Just press display and you got all.
I have created a local folder with the project name. In that folder there is sub-folder which separate type of poi.
If you want them to be display I have to step all the way into each sub-folder to display the file.
Why can't I display (the eye button) them from the root folder as the top example.
I could only attach 3 files to show it.

Hi,
This is because right now you can only display a complete folder inside a "placemark" file (ldk file).
You cannot do the same with regular folder.
For your new project, I would advice you to first create a placemark file with the name of your project, then create your sub-folders in this file. This way you'll be able to display all the file content just like imported files.

I have just deleted a section of this message as a response came in as I was considering it.
If this section of code is being visited, there is an enhancement that I would very much like to see and that is to 'localise' "Placemarks Labels". Currently it is all or nothing For example if I have an informative carpark icon I don't need the waypoint name. If this was reduced to file level it would be good and if in addition an option to turn it on/off for an individual placemark even better, much like the proximity alert.
This wish list is getting much longer than I thought when I started but following a long press on a placemark I would like to see "Details", "Delete" and "Edit Details" much higher in the listing, after Proximity Alert and "Placemark label"
Finally, for now
, would it be possible to set a default icon for waypoint creation?
It is not my intention to take over this thread but I think these suggestions are closely related.

Hi,
I'm not sure to completely understand your wishes. I don't see any places where where "Proximity Alert" and "Placemark label" are displayed together...
About the default icon for waypoints, here is how to do it: create a waypoints set and give it the icon you want.
Then create all the points your want with this icon inside this set.

Hi
I originally contributed to this thread as I thought it was relevant, but it is only to the extent it involves placemarks.
The theme of the requests are reduce clutter on the map and improve ease of use in the field.
Within Placemarks>Options is Placemarks labels. If set it applies to all placemarks of certain types, for example it does not name a path (which is in the section 'create a placemark).
What I would like to see is that if that option is set on that there is toggle to switch off at 'set', 'file' or 'placemark' level or the opposite if the main option is off.
In this connection I would like a proximity alert from a display perspective to behave like a track or path, namely not be named on the map but in the Displayed placemarks>PROXIMITY ALERTS as now.
A double press on a placemark brings up further information: LOCATION and WAYPOINT. For WAYPOINT I would like to see the list as:
Details
Set as Target
Proximity Alert
"Placemark label" (if implemented as above)
Jump to
Delete
etc etc to give more importance to frequency of use particularly when outdoors.
I understand the 'set' icon default now thank you but I was really thinking of the 'one touch' waypoint from the left main tab (this is the least important request).
Hope this is clear but if not I can send some screenshots.
Kind regards
David

Thank you for the additional details David,
About the ability do display/hide labels per items independently from the main "Placemarks labels" setting, this is actually planned. A similar request
has been made here.
I'll try to add this soon.
About the actions displayed when you select an item, an improvement is also planned.
Under the map preview you have some shortcuts,
a request has been made so that the user is able to choose the visible shortcuts and their order.
This way you'll be able to only display the shortcuts of actions you use the most.

Thank you for that François, I am quite happy for them to take their place in the queue
. In that context it might be helpful for a little more clarification regarding placemark labels and proximity alerts.
At placemark level I would like to see those two as being treated as very much owned by the placemark with a toggle (single tap perhaps) to turn the label, or the alert on or off, and obviously without another label, especially as the alert area is shown depending on the resolution.
As a related question, a while back I must have had a 'set' of alerts active, I only did it the once as it got quite noisy
. The slightly more serious side to question is would having the alerts set, even if they weren't being displayed add to battery drain? Or does it only check the nearest placemark?
Kind regards
David

Thanks for the update, I'll see what I can do.
About the proximity alerts the number does not make a great difference, the application will only check for the closest one. What does make a difference is the distance from the closest one, the closest it is the more frequently the app will need to check it, and when you enter a sound will be played will does cost a little battery.
