25 inch UK Historical OS Maps

Hi

The download rate for these Historical maps makes them impossible to use (not the fault of the app!!!). I was wondering why this is the case seeing as the 6 inch equivalents download at a quite reasonable rate.

The possibility of using the individual 25 inch county maps also seems to have been removed since if I try to download a part of Yorkshire that I have not got stored I get a "Not available" message.

Any comments and any workarounds appreciated.

Hi David,
Unfortunately has we discussed in the past the 25 inch map is made of more than 40 different maps, with sometimes unknown naming schemes, so as long as it's like this I don't have any efficient solution to offer...
