Forgotten password - applied for new one but mail do not come

Hello

My friend forget user password for app (full AQ buyed)
I tried for him to get new one through site but he did not receive mail.
When I manage same orecedure for my acc, I get mail with temporary pass.


Need help ...

Hi,
If you need to change the password of the online points account from the app, you need to send us an email from the email address you're registered.
For the support forum account (here), you need to use the regular "forget password" link. Please check his spam emails in case of any problem.
Both account are unrelated.
