Announcing AlpineQuest 1.0.9
Posted: Mon Nov 08, 2010 1:24 pm
AlpineQuest 1.0.9 has been released.
The map management has been improved (in fact completely rewritten).
Online maps are now cached in a single file (per map) on the SD card. Old saved images are still loaded if needed, but they can be removed (images are stored in '/sdcard/alpinequest/cache').
Here is the complete list of features:
The cache folder of online maps is not properly created on the SD card. If you want to store online maps on the SD card, please create it here: '/sdcard/alpinequest/cache' (folders 'maps' and 'landmarks' should already be here).
Users that use online maps with previous versions are not concerned. A fix will be available soon.
Thanks to all AlpineQuest users and buyers
