I have recorded a track and I try to change it's style.
I choose the new style (the upper line) but there is no result. All other styles work.

Yes this is the wanted behavior, tracks that have been recorded always display the direction of travel.
You can only disable this with the user setting "landmarks.painter.tracks_arrows".
