[done] An option [feature] to calibrate image maps

Hi and thanks for AQ.
There is a very useful application in Google Play – Custom Maps

It creates GPS maps from map images, photos etc.

All I have to do is choose two (or more) matching points that are common to both the map image and Google Maps, and Custom Maps will calibrate and create a map in KMZ format.

Custom Maps is an open source project. Its source code can be found at Github.

I would like to offer a new feature to create image maps in AlpineQuest. I think it can be made better than in Custom Maps because in AQ a lot of maps can be used as base map for calibration (not only Google maps but all maps available in AQ ondemand map list).

Yes this is a feature I'd like to add for a long time.
It will be definitely added at some point, I'll make my possible to work on this soon...

This feature is available in AQ version 2.2.3.
