Good evening , I have a problem with your app.
The app has always worked, it started to have problems 2 weeks ago.
If I switch the monotor off, the app does not register the road .
If I go on using the mobile ( internet, fb and so on ) , the app registers the road.
How can I solve the problem?

Please have a look at this how to setup your device for background recording:

Especially check that you've not activated the battery saving mode.

If you use a device cleaning / optimizing application, be sure to correctly set it up so it doesn't turn off the GPS when screen is turned off.
