I am now looking at the map105 km away from the target. How can I jump to Target?

There is no direct action to jump on it.
The fastest I can see is to press the "placemarks" menu, then long-press it to show the "displayed placemarks" list and select the target.

I've just released a new version in which you can tap the map center and the "Jump to" icon right of "Set as target" to jump to the current target (if any).
