saving user.settings.conf in wrong place?

I edit the file user.settings.conf with some parameters, but when I save in the application path:

storage/emulated/0/Android/data/psyberia.alpinequest.full/files/

the file is not ejecuted, even closing an restarting the app.

My app is the version 2.1.2 r4809 and the Android is Marshmallow 6.0.1

This configuration file from must be put in the application folder, which is given in the app as explained here: https://www.alpinequest.net/en/help/v2/ ... ion_folder.

Sorry, I wrote wrong name to the file , is "user_settings.conf", not "user.settings.conf"...
