[fixed] Bad code: 400 -" on Netherlands OpenTopo map

On the Netherlands OpenTopo Map I get a "Bad code: 400 -". I have been using it extensively before. I have the Pro version, release 2.0.8.

I have tried deleting the map and adding it again. In this proces I lost the offline parts of the map and the error remains.
I can add German and Austrian topo maps without any problem.
