Do not allow posts when people are not logged in

When people are not logged in they think they are posting but on their cell phones they can't see there is a anti spam bot question so they post many things and they realize later than nothing got posted at all. If you turn off the ability for people to post when they're not logged in, then there will not be any spambot questions that people are unable to see on this small cell phone screens and this terrible accident will not happen over and over.

I don't really get your point, it seems quite understandable that there is an anti-spam security question (see screenshot)
Some people just don't like to create another account for only asking one question...

Well some mobile browsers still seem to trigger the desktop site so all that might not fit on one screen, plus the fact that everybody is used to websites where one must register first before asking anything, so the chances that one, when given a blank area to type a message, will think one is already logged in are great.
