just updated yesterday to the latest (beta i think), 2.0.6.R3644 - all of my favorite maps/sets are missing and there was a nullpointerexception (attempt to read length of empty array) on initial load and again when switching to each saved workspace.

i emailed the a bug report with log file but wanted to post here in case others experienced the problem too.

I've just released version 2.0.6.r3655 which should be fixed. Let me know if not.
