[closed] Can I create a directory and save tracks to it?

Hi there,

Coming from MMTracker where before a trip I could create a directory such as "Whale Watch July 2017" and 2 subdirectories under it for "Tracks" and "Waypoints" then "point" MMTracker at the "Tracks" and "Waypoints" directories to save the trip (made it easier to download a complete record at the end of the trip). Is this or something similar possible in AlpineQuest?

Hi,
In the landmarks explorer, you can create a new "Landmark file" where you can put all what you want in it. Then, from the map when you create an item you can select the landmark file in the create dialog. Then everything will be created inside it.
Only the recorded tracks won't be in it, as they are all saved in the same "Recorded tracks" folder. But you're free to copy/paste them inside the file.
