[closed] Can I make the map icons display larger?

Have made some png icons to use on an old QCT map and whether I make them 32px x 32px or 512px x 512px they always appear as the same size on the map. Is there anyway to change this. For fun I've attached the icons.

Yes as explained in the online help the custom icons are 32px in size by default.

You have 2 options to make them bigger:

• In the application settings, change the "Landmarks - Display size" setting to something bigger. In this case, all displayed landmarks will be bigger too (not only the icons);
• You can use an advanced settings method, called "user setting" (see here) by placing the file below in the application folder. You can edit the file to set your custom size (it's actually a size factor, so putting "2" will be 32px x 2 = 64px). Be sure to restart the application after any change.

Thank you, worked perfectly. A value of 4 in user_settings.conf sorted the icon size.
