[closed] Offline resolution

The resolution if I'm online are very good. If I download the same region and then offline view the resolution is very bad.
How or where can I set this ... memory is enough. Thanks Markus

Hi,
When you store an area for offline use, be sure to specify the maximum level of details you want. This is step 5 in this online help:
