Hi and thanks for your interest in this application.
Unfortunately this is an Android application, so it requires a device with the Android OS installed.
A possible solution is to use the "Arc Welder" add-on for the Chromium browser to open Android applications on Windows, but it requires at least few technical knowledge. You can search google if you're interested.
