[closed] swiss topo map are not displayed correctly

Hello,

I use Alpinequest for more than one year and mostly with Swiss topo map and I am very happy with it.

Recently,I see taht the map is not not displayed correctly. It is like if some tiles are missing.

If I work with offline mode and display some already strored region, all is ok. When I switch to online, some tiles are disapearing.

I see thie problem with two different devices.

Have you a solution ?

Hi,
Just update the map from the community maps list to get the updated version and restart the app.

Hello,

I tried to clear all stored data for Swiss Topo map, without succes.

I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, but the problem is not corrected.

Have you anothe idea ?

Did you update the map as suggested in my previous post? (there is no need to clear the data nor re-install the app).

To update the map, click on the "Maps" menu, then "Explore maps", then click on "Add more maps" and the end of the list and select "Swiss map". Restart the app.
