Hi,
Currently, it's already possible to take multiple photos at a given waypoint.
However, the workflow is a bit tedious (I've just experienced that during last weekend):
- create a 'Picture waypoint'
- take a photo
- select the option to save the photo and to go back to the waypoint dialog
- from the waypoint dialog, click on 'More/Plus' and select 'Photo' to take another photo.
Each time, all settings (e.g. snapshot mode) of the camera is reset.
It would be really great to have the following workflow :
- create a 'Picture waypoint'
- take a photo
- then 3 options would be provided :
- Done : to save the photo and to go back to the waypoint dialog
- New : to save the photo and to take a new photo with the camera settings kept
- Quit : to cancel the photo and to go back to the waypoint dialog
Thanks.
Best regards.

Re: Workflow improvement for multiple photos at a given wayp
Hi and sorry for the delay, I missed this one!
I have checked the workflow and you're right it's not so fast to take multiple pictures.
The problem is that the action in charge of taking the picture is not part of AlpineQuest but is included in the Camera application installed on the user device (which provides the picture options, the auto-focus settings, the creation of the picture file, etc), so it's unfortunately not possible to add a third button after taking the picture without re-creating the all camera part.
Right now, I can add an empty line after the one with the previous picture, that contains a 'take new picture' button, in order not to have to select 'Picture' again from the menu. But you'll have to quit the Camera app anyway (and lost your focus settings, etc). Then, it would be good to implement this part and not call the Camera app, but it will take time...
Best regards
