Elevations on tracks and routes

When I create a track or route and then look at it with dynamic profile, it doesn't provide any elevation information. How do I get elevations for tracks and routes I create

The application won't fill the elevation when you create tracks.
To create tracks/routes with elevation, you can use online creators like http://bikeroutetoaster.com/BRTWebUI, and then export your track in GPX format. From the app, you'll then need to copy/paste the GPX track so you can display it with dynamic colours (GPX doesn't support colouring). Note that you need the pro version to import GPX items.
