Hello, I am often walking across two map areas, or planning a route across 2 areas - Currently AQ displays the map at my current location. I can move the position and then load another map, but then I lose the first map. It would be great to see the screen filled with both maps as they both cover the area I am walking in. Is there any possibility for AQ to be able to show more than one map area? I am mostly using QCT 1:25K Ordnance survey maps and individual maps do not cover a large area. Many thanks.

Hi,
By using the +/- zoom buttons, you can easily switch between the maps available at the displayed area.
Also, you can display more than one map at a time: open the maps explorer, long press a map and select 'Add as layer'. The new map will be added over the previous displayed map. If they don't cover the same area, then both areas are displayed together.
Best regards

Hello and thanks for explaining this feature. I wish I had known about it before as it is extremely useful and would be well worth including in the guide to maps as I am sure there are other users who are not aware of this. Thanks again - regards.

Yes I know the online help is a bit weak. I'll try to add something on this feature.
Best regards
