[fixed] Photo in portrait mode

Hi,
In the details window of a photo waypoint, the photo is always displayed in landscape mode. It's not a big issue but it would be convenient if AQ takes into account the photo orientation.
Thanks.
Best regards.

Hi,
I guess it depends on the Camera application installed on your device, since I can take and display pictures in portrait mode.
I'll make more tests and let you know.

Hi,
For your information, portrait photos are displayed correctly with external applications like the (Galaxy S3) gallery and Photoshop Touch, so the orientation data is stored correctly within the photo.
Best regards.

I think that your portrait photos are stored as landscape, with an internal image orientation set to adapt portrait ones. It depends on how Camera application stores the picture, on my device landscape pictures I take are correctly displayed in AlpineQuest (see screen-shots).
I'll check at the orientation information to see if I can fix this.

Hi,
AQ 1.4.6 indeed fixed this issue.
Thanks.
