[closed] store area then get "process terminated"

When I go to "Store Area", select the area and zoom level, etc. then after hitting Start button I get "Process Terminated" and it stops without saving anything. I can't find any other thread about this, can someone help? Thanks!

Hi,
It means that the area and zoom levels you are trying to store are already available in your local storage.
Be sure to select greater zoom level in order to store more levels of detail of the area.
