[fixed] Open Externally from Cross-Hair with Google Earth

When Google Earth is invoked from the cross-hair View Externally... option, the Earth zoom-in crashes into the ground. This does not happen when Earth is invoked from the same option of a standard landmark. Sounds like some altitude parameter may be missing?
