localize on legal property descriptions

Is it possible to localize on legal property descriptions such as:
Twp 5s
R 38
E
w.m.
sec 5
Sw1/4 nw1/4
Twp 5s
R 38
E
w.m.
sec 5

Hi,
It's not possible right now and it's not planned for a near future since it cannot be converted using simple operations.
However you can use free online tools (like this one) to convert this kind of data to coordinates that you can copy/paste in AlpineQuest.
