[fixed] Missing base map error in beta 2.0.9.r4160

I'm using the latest (to my knowledge) beta. Version is 2.0.9.r4160. Phone is a Lenovo / Motorola Moto Z Droid. Phone is running Android 7.1.1 with android security patch level of Dec 1, 2017. Configuration version is F16.MOT.XT1650.0

I made a path and saved it. If I click it and then choose Details, in the next window, the small map fails to display (though the path itself does draw), and an error is briefly displayed. After making it throw the error several times, I think I have the full text of it:
