Is it possible to represent multiple waypoint sets in a single gpx file?

Hi,
Unfortunately the GPX format doesn't support multiple waypoints sets. In fact, the GPX format doesn't support waypoint sets at all, all the waypoints are listed together in the file. When importing a GPX file with lot of waypoints, the application put them in a set for easier management.
However the KML format supports sub-folders, which may act as sets when you put waypoints in them.
