Sorry, right now this format is not supported, you'll need to convert it first into a supported format.
Here are more informations on supported formats:
- GPX, KML, KMZ, WPT, LOC;
- CSV, TSV.

Ok sorry. So yes you can import it.
You can paste your file in the application folder, inside the subfolder "/cache/cs/" and rename it with "EPSG_XXX.CS". Replace XXX with any number.
Alternatively, you can import a similar projection from spatial reference, which will create a file with the corresponding ID, which you can then freely modify (be sure to restart the app after each edit).
