[closed] Can't send maps to PDA

Hi Guys, My old laptop died on me, I bought a new one, replaced Wins.10 with Wins.7 Prof., then installed Memory Map version 5, I now find that when opening "PDA" the "Send map to PDA" is greyed out. I'm sure it's something I haven't done after I installed the MM V5 program. I've registered the program with MM and that's been accepted, any advice gratefully received. Thanks in advance.

Yes I use Alpine Quest a lot for my hiking trips here in the UK. Meanwhile I've gotten around the problem, so I'm a happy bunny again, thanks.
