[fixed] Proximity alarms on a set of waypoints

I used to be able to enable proximity alarms for a set of waypoints, but this option is no longer available.
This was very useful to me.

By the way, it's already "fixed" in the current beta available in Google Play, so if you're interested to use this right now you can follow those instructions to get it.
