[closed] Version 2 storage not writable

I am trying to save tracks to my SD card and I am getting the following:-

Throws: java.io.FileNotFOundException
Message /storage/external_SD/Test.trk:open failed:EACCES
(Permission denied)

The SD card is not locked by me. Any ideas.

Hi,
If you've Android 4.4 or 5, you cannot write files anywhere on the SD card, just in the application folder.
If you've Android 6, you need to grant the application the right to write on the SD card to save tracks anywhere (do this from the Android settings).
