[done] Status Bar Notification

Would it be possible to have a "Status Bar Notification" for AlpineQuest, see Creating Status Bar Notifications and FLAG_ONGOING_EVENT.

When you have AlipineQuest running in the background, for instance recording a track, it is good to know AlpineQuest is still running and have an easy way to get it to the foreground again.
