[closed] Not possible to zoom enough on offline maps

I have saved my Cycle/Hike-maps on the sd-card in my Samsung Galaxy (GT-19295) with Android 4.4.2.
When I try to zoom close it says You are offline on the map.

Hi,
When storing an area, you've to tell the application until which level of details to store the map.

I did choose maximum zoom level (just before it turns to red beneath) for each download.

Does the storing process terminates with errors?
Could you make an error report just after storing the map? (Main menu -> More... -> Report errors -> Ok) if you don't mind, so I can check your logs. Thanks a lot.
