[closed] locked by another device?

Keep getting this message when trying to input my registration data on the latest update..never had this with any of the other updates...I also have alpine quest on my phone....is this the reason???

Hi,
Yes it's that. A key is assigned to an unique device (otherwise keys could be spread over and unlock any devices).
I have unlocked you key so you can register your other device. It should be working now.
