I havepurchased your Alpine Quest GPS Hiking Android Program. Due to some technical problemswith my mobile phone I have to reset it, and I would like to know how can I backup your program so I don´t have to pay for it again when I reinstall it again onmy phone

Sorry for not being able to answer you by e-mail, as I told you this message was considered as a spam by your mailbox (maybe too may keywords like 'buy', 'application', 'paypal', ...).
Anyway:
- If you have bought the application using the Android Market, you just have to re-use your Google account on your new phone/installation, and you will be able to re-install all paid applications for free (purchased application are linked to your Google account).
- If you have bought the application on our website using PayPal, you will be able to unlock the application on your new phone/installation using the same key.
