[fixed] Memory card maps not scanned until browsed

Hi

I have 20 or so individual .aqm files in /sdcard/alpinequest/maps/ and they work fine apart from the following:

When I load Alpine Quest it loads and displays the last map I was using, but no matter which map that is, the '+' button is greyed out and the '-' button always shows me the world view; if I press the '+' button now I am shown a message stating there are no offline maps at the center position (even though there are).

I've worked out that I need to choose 'Maps and Layers', then 'Memory card maps' which seems to force AQ to scan all the maps. Without selecting a map I can go back to the map display and the world map shows the grey outlines of all the aqm maps I have, and the '+' button now works correctly and chooses a map at a higher zoom.
