[resolved] 2.3.6 kmz import

Post by alexlong »

Hi, François.
Please take a look at the message on the 4pda forum here
https://4pda.to/forum/index.php?showtop ... =124982215.
Is this a normal behavior or a bug?
Best regards,
Alex.

Hi Alex,
Yes, the behavior in the 2.3.6 version is correct. As far as I remember this is not new, it has been like this for some time and requested by a 4PDA user (Placid River if I remember correctly).
The purpose is to match the Google Earth display:
google_earth.jpg
(158.66 KiB) Not downloaded yet
areas_original.jpg
(78.99 KiB) Not downloaded yet
Anyway, you can still edit the transparency after the export of all areas at the same time, as explained here: https://www.alpinequest.net/en/help/v2/ ... _all_items
The result is this:
areas_modified.jpg
(76.95 KiB) Not downloaded yet

Hi, François.
Thank you. Everything's all right now.
Here's what the user writes:
Apparently, I tried to change the style incorrectly, for some reason I didn't get a mass change, maybe I had to restart the application after
importing. Now I've done it according to the instructions, the style was correctly changed to transparent
