Pbf or other file types

I'm looking for an app that would read pbfs or other file types, I have yet to find one. Although, likely a uncommon need, I have built a map over the past years and don't want to restart. Adding functionality for uploading your own maps I only see as beneficial. If this comment is simply a fault of my ignorance and there is such functionality, then I believe it should be you made it clear and easy to do.
